@DVLAgovuk I’ve also been trying to ring all day and emailed to speak to someone urgently and had no luck getting through. Still trying now after 6 hours of phone calls. I paid for a replacement drivers license and it’s been 4 weeks and it still says in progress? I need it for the police.
