Ladies: you don't have to be a feminist to be smart! Follow the rules you make for yourselves and you'll be your own kind of woman!

[LA Casting Director @beth_knoczal]

Why haven't they made Moby Dick into a movie?! It has this great never give up attitude that I really appreciate!! Go team go!!!

[LA Casting Director @beth_knoczal]

Traffic in LA can be really bad but it's never an excuse for being late. If there's an accident just tell them you'll exchange info later!

[LA Casting Director @beth_knoczal]

Being a casting director might be the hardest job in the world! You have to crush so many actor's dreams! Terrible but necessary.

[LA Casting Director @beth_knoczal]

Never give up on your dream, but be available to readjust your dream to what a CD tells you it is!

[LA Casting Director @beth_knoczal]

Remember: no one in Hollywood is ugly, just character-y! There are still a lot of ugly characters for you to play

[LA Casting Director @beth_knoczal]

@StinaKalman I try to keep it real, as the kids say!

[LA Casting Director @beth_knoczal]

Feel free to ask me q's or for advice! I will try to answer them all, though I forget about Twitter sometimes! My bad! I just can't even!

[LA Casting Director @beth_knoczal]

Even if the show is sure to be cancelled, give it your all! Who knows! You could be on the next #Selfie!

[LA Casting Director @beth_knoczal]

Think of it this way: no one knew a movie about a tree and a racoon would be a summer hit! Do every part assuming it will be successful!

[LA Casting Director @beth_knoczal]

@ArianaGrande @goldiehawn she is my role model!!! God I wish I was still acting!!!
