@BritishGas customer service is absolutely rubbish been ringing for weeks and weeks to switch our meter to be constantly told you’re having “technical difficulties” it’s boring
@BritishGas can you tell me why we aren’t able to switch our meter from a pay as you go to credit? We have contacted you several times only to be fobbed off each time
