@duolingo Using iOS and my microphone just stopped working. All the features needed are turned on. Uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times and now I can’t even turn the microphone on in the app and the app isn’t available in my iOS settings to grant permission. Email help is useless

@RoyalCaribbean Why is your customer service so terrible. Submitted a request for help with loyalty points weeks ago and no response. Submitted a request for help with my cruise months before and well, I’ve sailed and been home for a month.

@SchuckJH I have to say, the only time I was not comfortable on my trip to Brazil is in the airport and that was because the people waiting to board were quite rowdy!!! Otherwise, mask wearing everywhere here but zero social distancing. Impressed with Brazil’s COVID protocols
