@bookingcom close to two months of daily contact chasing a refund yet being fobbed off with the same excuse daily - although I have written confirmation from the hotel @DolphinHotelLdn authorising a refund.

After a numerous amount of tweets, emails and a telephone conversation I am still left with a disappointed 6 year old. Customer services advised today that I can have it removed when the store re open.
