[The Premier League Cricket Club ™ @TPLCricketClub]

The Champions thread continues as we head further north to the @NYSDCricket Premier League where . . .

Not only did @richmondshirecc run away with the league title, but they also went on to become the first NYSD club to win the White Rose Trophy under the leadership of skipper Robert Carr, who also happened to have the highest individual innings of the season across the NYSD #PremierLeague.

Leading bowler in the league and for RCC was the outstanding Shafi Ghafari, who ended the season with 71 league wickets at an avge. of just 10.20 making him the 3rd highest wicket taker in the country across the Premier Leagues, and 2nd placed Husnain Bukhari of @cc_saltburn in 4th place nationally.
