@OctopusEnergy Hi, I have only been billed for my gas usage this month - i’ve had no charge or bill for electricity. Can this be looked at please? Thanks!

@ubereats_uk Ordered £36 worth of food this evening, driver said it was delivered yet it wasn’t and then declined our calls. No response from uber support on the app in over an hour now

@HMRCcustomers Hello, I started working at my new job on 4th March, and left all other part time jobs in that same week. I have now been on a BR tax code for 4 months for some reason and is affecting me financially. I’ve tried going through webchat and calling but can’t get through.

[Beth ✨ @BethanyCodd13]

@OctopusEnergy Thanks for your quick response, I’ve DM’d now :)

@OctopusEnergy Hi, I have moved house and started a flexible tariff with octopus. I was told that an initial payment would be taken on the 13th before my monthly direct debit, yet on my account it said this would be taken on the 8th. We are on the 13th and no money has been taken

@NicolaCodd1 got to be there an hour and half before for my gown and photos, now half an hour 😭

@TicketmasterCS My sister has tickets on her phone to see Def Leppard today. She has already left home and has seen a print option. Will she be able just to show the tickets on her phone or does she HAVE to print them off?

[Beth ✨ @BethanyCodd13]

@NicolaCodd1 @jim_dickinson I have 9 in person lectures this year - three on a monday every three weeks. So the strikes will fall on a day where I have 3 in person lectures :(

[Beth ✨ @BethanyCodd13]

@PaulbernalUK @NicolaCodd1 I totally understand that, was just trying to illustrate that as much as the government has failed us, some universities have to shoulder some of the blame too for the positions that certain students find themselves in :)

[Beth ✨ @BethanyCodd13]

@PaulbernalUK @NicolaCodd1 At the moment, other courses have been allowed to use the main large lecture theatres for their f2f teaching however no space has been allocated for my course. These buildings aren’t specific to a particular course so allocation has been down to the university leaders.

[Beth ✨ @BethanyCodd13]

@PaulbernalUK @NicolaCodd1 My housemates on different courses at Leeds have had substantially more f2f teaching than me. Surely this disparity reflects some sort of failure of the uni, and not just the government? We are paying the same fees and yet certain courses are being favoured by the university.

[Beth ✨ @BethanyCodd13]

@DarrenCodd @QEHSAusten They’re less strict at uni! Detention for forgetting a planner yet the guy who stole a load of kids phones in my year got the same punishment! Planners are useless, and the moment they became non-compulsory in sixth form no one used them!

[Beth ✨ @BethanyCodd13]

@NicolaCodd1 imagine only finding one, i found multiple everyday 😂

[Beth ✨ @BethanyCodd13]

@NicolaCodd1 @UoLLibrary you don’t need to book a seat anymore x
