@EE This isn’t a way to inform customers that their plan will be increasing by £66 p/m. The texts don’t conform to Ofcom’s rules; there’s no clear breakdown of the new charges/explanation of the impact, and weren’t sent in a durable format (email/letter). Just vague promo-like SMS.
@EE Your billing team were empathetic, but Sarah from customer care was dismissive and said EE ‘lost money’ on the plan. Texts about changes were vague (should’ve been a letter/email too). £389 over 6 months for 30GB shared data is insane-we’ve now had to escalate to the Ombudsman.
#In_Pictures: #Axum_Massacre 4th year commemoration
Residents of #Axum city in the #Tigray region gathered on Thursday for a somber remembrance of the Axum Massacre, four years after the tragic events in late November 2020. Families and survivors gather to honor the memory of hundreds of civilians who were executed by #Eritrean forces during the first month of the two-years brutal war in Tigray regional state.
Human Rights Watch (HRW), Amnesty International (AI) and the Ethiopian Human Rights Commission (EHRC), among others, have all released reports on the massacre, shedding light on the level of atrocities committed in three successive days. The investigations revealed that Eritrean forces systematically killed hundreds of civilians in the city of Axum. The reports also documented widespread human rights abuses, including door-to-door executions in a deliberate targeting of unarmed residents.
Through moments of grief, prayer, and silent resilience held on Thursday, survivors and residents of the city called for justice, and expressed their hope for peace and healing.

No. It’s all connected. You don’t wake up and decide to physically or sexually abuse a woman without ever having a bad or negative thought towards them before. It’s like when serial killers are usually found to have been killing or torturing animals as kids.
‘A payday’ meanwhile it’s the state bringing the case against him because it’s a CRIMINAL case, and not her personally. This is why we say misogyny and the manosphere rot brains and spread misinformation.
🔴#BreakingNews
EthioForum is reporting that the #Eritrean forces have expanded their control on Zalanbessa town, NE of #Tigray and beyond. According to the report, the Eritrean forces now control the whole of Zalanbesa town and have installed a new checkpoint outside the town deeper into Tigray territory, just 37km from the city of #Adigrat, the capital of the Eastern Zone of Tigray.
The same report claims the TIRA & the Feds have been informed but no words yet. It’s expected the Feds won’t say anything but why the #TIRA is silent is very troubling.
This is a signal of the total failure of #CoHA in Pretoria , just on the eve of the 2nd year anniversary of the signing of the agreement.
The Federal govt of Ethiopia has shown no willingness to remove the Eritrean forces, protect the civilians and international borders as per CoHA and the constitution of the country.
The IC must press the Ethiopian govt to uphold the Pretoria before it’s too late.
