We visited @SkydeckChicago tonight and were extremely disappointed. After purchasing tickets for 7:15 and being allowed in at 7:00, we waited an hour to get up the elevator. We are now waiting in line for ledge. The line to get down the elevator is equally as long. #badbusiness
