I'm so frustrated with @Wix @WixHelp. They charged my card for my annual renewal two weeks before it was due. While the charge was still pending, I asked for it to be reversed. They said no. So, Im paying for a year of service I don't want. Shame on them!

@AmericanAir Our experience with you over the holidays was awful.Flight delayed overnight, lost luggage. You offered $12 for meals? In what universe can you eat two meals for $12? Lodging in a Super 8 miles away from the airport? Our flight was 5AM. No CS available anywhere.

@GarnetHill I am completely undone by your shipping policies. You charged me $18.95 for shipping and handling when I made a purchase and then an additional $29.04 on the return. It was an envelope that weighed less than 2 pounds. USPS lists standard shipping at $9.95!

@elonmusk A tire blew out today on my Y. The guy who came with the loaner said it is the 5th one he's replaced today and he has two more later. It's barely noon. I've had to replace two other tires on a 14 month old vehicle. Why are you using shitty tires on your cars?
