To be clear, any fully independent Immigration Court needs to fire every single current Judge and Management level employee, at every level, and rehire from scratch, with safeguards put into place to only hire fair, just, and informed jurists.

@USCIS @USCIS How come the system is not able to catch multiple registrations for the same applicant ,who even doesn’t have legit job. Genuine people didn’t get through the lottery because of visa abuse. Hope you get to correct the process ,so that everyone gets fair chance.

The irony of the current H1 b visa process is , people with legit jobs didn’t get through the lottery. And those who got through the lottery are trying to find a job so that they can file application! #H1BVisa @USCIS

@thelisaksimon Yes Lisa this is so frustrating for genuine people who are actually deserving! These multiple fillers are just gaming the system and wining. USCIS needs to scrutinize the process and barred them from filing.

By the way, this was reported on the @USCIS ombudsman call. My suspicion is that the 50 K number is wrong and that it is more like 5K employers for 300,000 positions. We will see if they correct.

DHS is reporting 50,000 employers registered during the 2021 H1B registration period for over 300,000 H-1B beneficiaries. That is crazy. #raisethecap #H1B I filed 42 and 6 were selected. All from 1 employer. 12% selection rate. Something fishy ? ? ? ?

H1 b lottery results have been rolling in and its sad to see that people with Full time jobs and working for giant companies didn’t get through. However those who didn’t have a job , got through the lottery because of multiple petitions. USCIS really needs to scrutinize this!
