Still waiting for a response to me emails, last contact was on March 9th, I have sent six emails, all unanswered. Waiting for a refund of a tour, I’m still in New Zealand with no contact from STA Travel, awful customer service, will never use this company again. @STATravel_UK

@STATravel_UK FINALLY heard from STA Travel, received a generic email response from them, replied and get this...onto month 5 of trying to get my refund! Spoke to the tour company directly to say it had been cancelled in enough time, so STA Travel are happily sitting on my £578 refund😊😊
