@arrivayorkshire so i had to use my own initiative to pick up my daughter cause your buses were yet again cancelled or delayed. Now I have a 3 year old AGAIN just like last friday sat in a bus stop for 30 mins because buses home are cancelled?? Seriously it best get sorted.

Friday picking my kids up i wasted £14.70 on bus fares because buses were cancelled.. today i’ve bought a family ticket and the buses can’t seem to get here on time!! don’t tell me i have to get the bus an hour early just to get my kids to school on time
