For two years, Israel struck or raided hospitals in Gaza, claiming Hamas operated from inside them.
Each strike produced a global outrage cycle: images of dead patients, condemnations from the UN, the WHO calling Shifa a “death zone,” genocide accusations at the ICJ. Israel’s counter-claim,that Hamas had embedded its military inside the medical system was ignored.
Almost every institution positioned to verify it, aid groups, UN agencies, much of the press, either stayed silent or actively disputed Israel’s version.
MSF repeatedly said it had “seen no evidence” of Hamas using hospitals , while accusing Israel of attacking healthcare. When the IDF raided Shifa and the early evidence looked thin, outlets ran fact-checks mocking the rifle count, and the skepticism hardened into a settled narrative that Israel had lied.
Then in February 2026, the least Israel-friendly credible witness imaginable,a Nobel-winning aid group that had accused Israel of genocide, documented armed men, patient arrests, and weapons movement at Nasser from the inside.
Did anyone really cover the correction? No. No they did not.
@Spocks_prodigy@brianoflondon@freedomrideblog hold on. You think everything you see on any news source was filmed by that news outlet’s staff?! Do you not know how this works?? News outlets show “civilian” cell phone footage routinely. The way you’re picturing it works, half the population of the world would be cameramen 😂
Why would the U.S.-based SJP, “Students for Justice in Palestine,” or more appropriately, “Students for Jihad in Palestine,” be sharing celebratory images that show Iranian missiles striking U.S. targets in an Arab, Muslim country? Why would a group that is interested in “justice” for the Palestinian people be gloating and glorifying a fascist regime that has inflicted grave injustice upon countless Iranians, Arabs, Muslims, and the peoples of the Middle East, including the Palestinian people themselves? It’s because the October 7 attacks by Hamas unleashed evil and demonic spirits, which have possessed hordes of empty, soulless humans among the “pro-Palestine” movement that’s full of hollow husks. Adding Hamas’s red upside-down triangle is a clear symbol that is an explicit nod and endorsement of the Islamic Republic of Iran. And these are the students who want the rest of society to pay for their student loans and finance their ability to engage in anti-human, anti-American, anti-Arab, anti-Muslim behavior at American university campuses.
For these masses of “pro-Palestine” students, activists, journalists, academics, advocates, and politicians, it was never about the Palestinian people. Instead, it was an opportunity to open the floodgates of blood, death, hatred, instability, chaos and demonstrate an immense loathing and disgust towards the world and humanity; it was a chance to inflict revenge upon the world for their personal failures to achieve anything and their sense of entitlement based on a twisted notion of injustice in their lives; it was about using the Palestinian cause as a proxy and a vector for sick, demented, and misrepresentative ideas and beliefs that never build, but always destroy. Dismantle the Western-based “pro-Palestine” movement and shut down this failed, embarrassing industrial complex. The Palestinian people deserve better allies and advocates. It’s time to end the lust for violence and hate and to promote radically pragmatic narratives and solutions that actually help the Palestinian people achieve freedom, independence, dignity, and statehood.
It’s time to Realign For Palestine🕊️🇵🇸
@Basedtzarist@JProkap@TheHockeyNews It’s not on a pedestal. We don’t think we’re better than anyone else. We’re just proud of one of our own. Every ethnicity does this. You’re the one being weird
Great post, horrendous comments.
When, after 2 centuries of Jews have been stereotyped as weak, nerdy, unathletic, a Jew wins big in one of the toughest sports, on the biggest stage, we’re gonna be proud.
@watson_can40469 @grok@Olsonwins@TheHockeyNews 1) Jews are an ethnicity, not just a religion. 2) Jews have, for centuries, been portrayed as weak, unathletic, etc. When badasses like the Hughes represent us in ways that prove these stereotypes wrong, we get excited. We are not what our detractors claim we are.
@cenkuygur Laura Loomer is a piece of shit who does not speak for the majority of American Jews.
Also, please look at your comment section - full of Protocols of the Elders of Zion fans…
@davenewworld_2@prem_thakker Sorry since when do liberals assume women hold the same positions, ethics, or morals of their husbands? And since when do we blame women for the actions of their husbands? I missed that memo
@QueenMab87 True. I mean that it wasn’t a question if they were invited because people could trust parents to wrangle their kids. We’ve only discussed it as a decision in the past 2 decades or so, as parents allowed behaviors to interfere, so the lack of discussion wrongly assumes no kids.
