@Se_Railway The 2015 from charring cross was cancelled to Hastings. Can you hold the 2024 until the 2020 from charring cross arrives at London Bridge 2027 so that people can make that train on platform 8 please
@homeprotect_uk I have received two responses to my complaints, but the details are inaccurate. I need to speak to the team. They don’t make contact, do not return calls and do not respond to emails. I am at breaking point with all of this. Please help.
@homeprotect_uk I called yesterday, I’ve called today no one will speak. They arrange callbacks that never happen. Now you said someone will call me. NO ONE has called me. I am waiting! How do I escalate this further as I need to discuss the inaccuracies and my case.
@homeprotect_uk I have done that already, I have called snd have beeb told a manager would call within 24 hours they did not! I have been told my customer complaint officer would call, they have not! What sort of service is this? Can I not DM you my details now????

@homeprotect_uk I have had a 300% increase in my insurance premium. I am tied in with you and cannot leave as I have had a claim which has taken 18 months so far. It’s a joke. I have raised a complaint and have had no response. I will now take this further. Please respond

@homeprotect_uk I emailed as requested, sending my complaint again. You have done nothing with this. No contact has been made, Nothing has been done to help resolve this. Such a poor service. No respect for your customers at all. Other tweets confirm this is a common occurrence.
