Yet another call to @tataplayfiber because no one reached out to me and I've been told to wait for an hour yet again. So far no calls from technical team, senior engineer, or the customer care manager. Customer service executive keeps saying they "will escalate this."
Most disappointing experience with @tataplayfiber - I used to pay annual subscription but now am regretting my 3 month one. Definitely ending my connection once I'm done with these. That is if this company does restore my internet at all.
@tataplayfiber I was finally "assured" by @tataplayfiber customer care manager that I will get a call and a visit within the hour. Lets see what happens. I will keep on updating this thread henceforth.
@tataplayfiber Meanwhile you call @tataplayfiber customer care. Every time a different person picks up, I have to explain the entire history from the beginning and all I get is "we're very sorry will escalate this." Why can't you solve my problems? Emailing hasn't helped either
@tataplayfiber@tataplayfiber honestly what are you understanding here? Your engineer yesterday evening calls and said "we will solve the problem tomorrow" and again today they failed to call us, inform us, and once we called them, he says We can't do anythin find another service.Worst service
@tataplayfiber I already have. Along with following up with customer care multiple times and I feel I'm just being pushed around.
Meanwhile the engineer in question keeps saying that there's nothing for them to do and we should start looking elsewhere. Disgusting.
