Recently @amazon has been charging my credit card higher prices than the stated invoice—sometimes under $1 sometimes over a $1 higher. Not easy to get a live person on the phone to file the complaint. Anyone else notice the same thing happening to them?

@Tracfone My order number is “invalid” despite the fact it was generated by tracfone and sent to me. The agent said she had no way of receiving that email I offered to forward to her as proof. I finally just asked for a refund. Thanks but not planning to order again.

Ordered on 10/13/24; Never arrived. On 10/20/24 Was told phone was out of stock. Changed to a different color. Promised delivery yesterday. Called today & told there’s no record an order was placed. 🤦‍♂️@BBBureau

@Tracfone No tracking number was ever sent to me and they had none to generate since they “couldn’t find evidence that an order was placed” despite the fact my credit card was charged and I had an email with an order number.

@Tracfone Thanks. At times I find it difficult to understand agents who don’t articulate/pronounce English that well. When on hold, I would suggest playing relaxing music rather than listen to conversations of agents who appear to be in many cubicles in a large room.
