I just want an answer on why we were kicked out of our rooms at 7am and here we still sit at 5pm. People are literally on the floor?
@MSCCruisesUSA maybe provide busing services to the airport for those who had to reschedule flights or are still trying desperately to do so. Just a thought after holding us like zoo animals in the casino, lobbies, and theaters for 8 hours?
@MSCCruisesUSA@MrsC0207@CarnivalCruise What about the 5,000+ plus passengers who have been locked out of their rooms for 8+ hours sitting in areas not equipped for that many people. Is that out of your control as well? Carnival and Norwegian allowed people to stay in their rooms waiting to port.
@MSCCruisesUSA can someone answer why passengers were kicked out of their rooms for 8+ hours? Hallways literally blockaded and locked while we waited to come into port.This isn’t your fault, however, what has occurred on board is. Stop deflecting your horrible response. #cruising
