@Hertz Always been happy with Hertz but it seems when things go wrong the response is awful. We had a no fault accident 4 hours ago and we’re currently stranded in the middle of nowhere with no resolution for our onward travel or info on replacement. Appalling!

@MercedesBenzUSA I have to say you’ve won the award for most incompetent company today. We had to wait SIX MONTHS for a replacement VIN sticker and collected it today and you’ve printed the wrong number 😡 We can’t sell the vehicle until we have the VIN…
@Budget Hi! Have a query… we always use Amex as our primary insurance rental cover when we rent a vehicle from you. Just rented a vehicle at LAS airport and we were rudely informed that they don’t accept credit card cover as primary insurance. Is that correct?! (1)
Also not impressed by how rude the agent was… would put us off using you again which is a shame! Would appreciate confirmation on the insurance please…
