-Bryce Harper successfully sues FanDuel

-Terry receives a settlement from FanDuel which doesn't want it business practices related to hosts exposed in discovery

-The PA Gaming and Control Board penalizes FD, but doesn't take its license away.

-Other states investigate casino host practices and make changes so this doesn't happen again.

-We never find out how rampant this problem was because MLB, the gaming commissions, and FanDuel are not transparent organizations and because journalists rarely ask tough questions anymore.
