@Amyjo81682544 @SouthwestAir I totally understand the need for it to be cancelled obviously with weather- my frustration was they refuse to rebook me out of a different, less impacted airport unless I paid the fair difference, even though it’s the same airline. I just miss when they went above and beyond 🤷🏻‍♀️

I am now a member of the @SouthwestAir ruined my vacation club. It was so nice of them to give me the “option” to pay even more to fly out of Ohare though, where they will inevitably cancel that flight as well
