• Johnson promised 10,000 affordable housing units and has only produced 571 affordable units.
• The mayor promised to promote 200 detectives. Only 53 have been promoted, which is why clearance rates remain at 22%.
• Johnson claims he is “holding the line on property taxes,” but property taxes surged by $569 million alone on homeowners and apartment owners, forcing rent increases.
• The mayor claims summer jobs have increased, but the summer youth employment job numbers have only reached COVID level.
• Johnson vowed to address lead in the water and food desert issues but to date has done little despite $336 million in federal lead pipe replacement loans and state funding for grocery stores.
Johnson has fulfilled only one campaign promise: To throw money at public schools to satisfy his patrons at the Chicago Teachers Union.
Mayor Johnson today: "Though you are accusing me of being anti-police, your behavior is anti-black."
This is vintage @ChicagosMayor.
Johnson doesn't care for the reporter, @Williamjkelly, or his question, so he reached for the Left's weapon of choice, the reckless and baseless accusation of racism.
Johnson is an absolute disgrace.
Adam Silver allegedly had To FORCE Cathy Engelbert to suspend Alyssa Thomas for assaulting Caitlin Clark after she wasn't planning to punish the choke artist at all
Shedeur Sanders wearing a visor on Quarterback on @netflix allowed Joe Flacco to express his disdain for them 😭
“If you wear a visor it’s for look, you think you look sweet. I don’t want my kids to wear visors either. They’re just annoying, they’re gunna fog up.”
Shedeur: “No they’re not.”
Joe: “yeah they are. They f***ing suck dude. It’s all about look. When I was a kid, I wanted a visor too. Then I’m like, visors suck.”
On his kids wearing one: “I’d let em wear it but I’d tell em ‘You’re a quarterback, you’re f***ing wearing a visor? You look like a f***ing idiot.’”
I wouldn’t wish this on anyone, but if your political narrative is more important than your safety (and the safety of your neighbors), you don’t have a problem.
YOU ARE THE PROBLEM!

Sure Nancy, you're doing this at 86 years old for the children.
Power is a hell of a drug.
