"Dear Brothers and Sisters,
Yes I am in charge here today, but you are running a Constitutional Democracy. I will appeal to you to summon the Governors! Call them up!!
I am doing my best to improve the revenue of the country and giving them their dues, but they must equally be sympathetic to the populace and they must consider the needs of the local people."
—President @officialABAT makes passionate appeal to Nigerians to hold their Governors accountable as FAAC Allocations triple following the removal of fuel subsidy and implementations of critical reforms across all sectors.

Peter Gregory Obi should be careful with this kind of politics.
I watched his conversation where he rallied against the construction of habitable quarters for members of the judiciary.
Mr @PeterObi, If providing decent accommodation for judges is an attempt to compromise the judiciary, what exactly were you doing in Anambra in 2013 when you built and inaugurated judges’ quarters - and promised to build more?
Were you strengthening the judiciary then, but President Tinubu is weakening it now? If you say it is corrupting the judiciary now, were you corrupting the judiciary then?
The argument is simply that, what was said to be good governance in Anambra cannot suddenly become corruption in Abuja simply because someone you don’t like is the President.”
Here are my thoughts:
Poor working and living conditions expose judges to pressure, compromise, and manipulation by those who want to abuse the justice system.
We cannot demand an independent judiciary and, at the same time, oppose the basic welfare that helps protect that independence.

Peter Obi was a heartless ruler during his reign as Governor of Anambra State.
He had zero empathy for the poor. He treated them like they were nothing.
He chased out secondary school students whose parents couldn’t afford to pay their 1st, 2nd, and 3rd term school fees at once. He said education wasn’t for the poor.
He imposed heavy taxes on market women to the point that they staged a protest.
I just want us to listen to this because I have seen a lot of videos criticizing politicians but it’s never there fault we the people voted incompetence into positions and we complained of there incompetence
Nigerians don't research. They run with what they see on social media - actor Zack Orji tackles Nigerians who blasts the Tinubu government over high cost of living.
Many people doesn’t even check before they talk all we ever do in this country is to be tribalistic nd not look for competent hand to handle the nation
Once Peter Obi says and condemn ANYTHING, don't worry yourself, check Anambra history under him for 8 years, he must have done what he's now condemning.
This is why @sowore calls him someone that's not serious and manipulative.....
The same Obi that gave Cars and Houses to Judges and Traditional Rulers....
But the DUMB Media that we have in Nigeria only have access to the Internet for fake News, they cannot FACT CHECK this liar that is bound to LIE unprovoked!
These one that was just using houses and cars to BRIBE Judicial and Traditional Institutions in Anambra in his 8 years o🤣🤣🤣🤣
@ennyola0015 About of the stupid tribalistic once out there will be bringing propaganda stories and clearly what the present administration is doing is what he wants to also do and claim Nigerians wil see all his doing
Headache just hold me having privilege of assuming positions or being rich doesn’t make man a value this interview is pure evidence that there will be serious trouble if he’s voted in
Rufai Oseni: “You keep criticizing President Tinubu over the removal of fuel subsidy. What would you have done differently?”
Mr Peter Obi: “I didn't criticize Tinubu for removing the subsidy. I said I would have removed it, but in an organized manner. I wouldn't have announced it at my inauguration. I would have first sat down with operators in the industry because we know there is a lot of crim!nality around the subsidy.
I would remove it to determine the exact amount being spent on subsidy and also address the issue of exchange rate deregulation. But in doing these things, the most important thing is to fight corruption head-on. Since the subsidy was removed, what has been the impact on the average Nigerian? We have even borrowed more money than we used to when subsidy was still in place.”
