Should be plenty of support for those wanting/needing to sell. 4. Most SEQ housing just +\- 1M, so in the zone for FHB 5. Rent yields to increase.

@robpoll9 @ausstockchick So many causes. Immigration, more sedentary people, more regulation, corruption, Govt infrastructure projects, general inflation. The Uniparty also outsourced social housing to investors. My point is that you can’t blame investors and investment in housing is essential

@robpoll9 @ausstockchick Someone has to go into debt, raise capital etc to build a chain of supermarkets to sell food, purchase a farm and invest to grow food, do they not deserve a profit? Developers need to invest a huge amount, take large risks. Should they not make money?! Should builders profit?
