@jlandpartners My husband called around John Lewis stores trying to track down a specific @MATT_AND_NAT handbag for my 30th birthday. He paid over the phone as the Reading store was the only store within travelling distance of Kent to stock it and they said they would hold 1/4

the bag for him in click and collect. The payment was taken from our bank Wednesday 21st November (one day after the phone call). My husband arrived at @jlandpartners Reading store to collect and was told the @MATT_AND_NAT bag had been accidentally sold after he paid for it 2/4

He was furious but was able to purchase the same @MATT_AND_NAT bag online at @jlandpartners a week later as it luckily came back into stock. He was told that he would receive a refund for the original store based transaction within 14 working days. A ridiculous amount of time 3/4

Yet today marks 18 days since the transaction date and we have still not recieved a refund from @jlandpartners John Lewis. We are having to call around customer services & stores all over again. They aren't helpful. Are @MATT_AND_NAT aware of how you treat their customers? 4/4
