- Find a token that’s done well.

- Use advanced search to see who was talking about it prior to that pump.

- Make a list of high alpha accounts.

2: Utilise X for news

- Find the accounts that provide the news first.

- Make a list of trustworthy sources.

3: Utilise X for catalysts

- Find the accounts providing weekly upcoming catalysts.

- Make a list to find catalysts fast.

4: Utilise Dune to track airdrops

- Find dashboards for upcoming airdrops.

- Follow them to make sure you’re achieving the airdrop.

5: Utilise Dune for specific analysis

- Find dashboards on specific narratives.

- Utilise the data to make a decision.

6: Utilise revenue/fees data

- Use DeFiLlama and Token Terminal.

- Find tokens generating large revenues.

- Investigate how they’re utilising it (to rewards users or do buy-backs).

7: Investigate smart money

- Utilise portfolio trackers like DeBank and Arkham.

- Set up alerts on Arkham for activity.

8: Get a hardware wallet

- Get yourself a Trezor or Ledger.

- Securely store your crypto.

9: Use a good browser wallet

- Connect your hardware wallet

- Use Rabby to get a better and safer experience than MetaMask.

10: Network

- Make friends on X.

- Some of the best advice and wisdom is shared by friends I’ve never met in this space.

11: Follow the money

- Utilise DeFiLlama.

- Check stable coin flows to chains.

- Check TVL +1mill growth.

- Spot the narratives, find the winners.

12: Token unlocks

- Find large unlocks with low liquidity.

- Short them if the team/vested parties are selling.

13: Analyse the people

- The people involved in a project will make or break it.

- Do your due diligence on them.

14: Analyse the protocol

- What is its USP?

- What are they offering?

- Compare the competition.

15: Analyse the tokenomics

- Where’s the supply coming from?

- Where’s the demand coming from?

16: Find new protocols

- It only takes one gem to make it worthwhile.

17: Find the plans

- What is this protocol aiming to achieve?

- How feasible is their objective?

18: Never revenge trade

- Lost money?

- Don’t try leverage up to make it back.

19: Spot over leverage

- Leverage can blow your portfolio up if you’re not in a trending environment.

- Stay safe with spot, you can still make it.

20: Protect your capital

- Every dollar saved or gained in the bear market can be worth ten times that in the bull.

- Guard it with your life.

- There’s a lot of good traders on crypto X.

- Don’t miss a beat.

24: Control your emotions

- Fear and greed will be your downfall.
