@AmazonUK hi my parcel shows as handed to resident. My ring doorbell shows the courier dumped it on the doorstep and did not ring the doorbell. I have just got in from work and my package is missing. I have a safe place on my account this is not good enough

Hi @SkyHelpTeam I was promised a call back within 24 hours due by 10:20 this morning regarding a complaint that has been ongoing since 22/2. Not surprising considering the current level of service I still haven’t received this call. You really need to do better

Hi @SkyHelpTeam can someone please explain to me how I remove the speaker facia to replace it with the correct one on sky glass? I can’t get it to come off at all

@Tesco absolute joke went to get my dad a cup of tea this morning in Tesco Alloa to be told no soya milk. He can’t drink anything else for health reasons so Their suggestion you can buy your own and take it home with you. Excellent service right there.
