👗👖 Over the past several months, officers in District 4 have spent time building relationships with vulnerable women in District 4, including sex workers & those experiencing homelessness & addictions. After speaking with many in the community, officers quickly learned that many of the women were in need of clothing, especially as the seasons change.

🟣 Earlier this week, officers had the chance to set up a ‘store’ & invited those who were in need to come & ‘shop’. Dozens of Calgarians showed up & officers were able to fill many bags of clothes for those in need.

Thank you to Her Victory & Victory Outreach for providing a space for us, as well as to our partners at Safeworks, @SafeLinkAlberta & @TheAlexCHC for their ongoing support.

💙 We are incredibly proud of our members, many of whom volunteered their own time, to bring this initiative to life. As we continue to serve Calgarians, we are committed to building on these relationships & connecting with the community outside of our traditional means.
