@virginmedia broadband constantly going down, kids and husband trying to school/work. When you call 150 they say it's too busy and cut you off so you use mobile to go online complaints can't do a live chat as it's also busy ! Oh and they are putting my bill up again in March !

@virginmedia Well considering virgin are saying there is not an issue and the 3rd party is and there is and has been an issue I know who I'm inclined to believe. Both wired and WiFi are on and off, it is off again now it's like a switch and totally unacceptable

@virginmedia Apparently not at the moment but when looking at our area on a whole 62% of problems listed today have been internet related and a further 15% WiFi. Trying to log in is a joke too
