Bought 3 pairs of Calzedonia tights while in Amsterdam … I have gone to wear them and 2 pairs have holes in @TweetCalzedonia are refusing to discuss an exchange… apparently I have to fly back to Amsterdam! Exceptionally poor customer service.
Wont be purchasing from them again

@NandosUK What went right? Turned up to order, was told couldnt order in store (although that isnt what it says online) refused 20% off nhs discount, ordered on the app anyway. Waited 40mins. But 20mins after the order was placed had an email to say the order had been cancelled!!!
