@British_Airways why are seats 6A and 6K blocked out? They’re blocked rather than booked. This on both the 787-9 and the 777-300 in club suite configuration. They’re not bassinet seats. I had them booked and was moved but can’t see any reason why they’re blocked.

@British_Airways I’m trying to submit a complaint from my recent trip (absolutely appalling onboard experience). I’m trying to use the portal but it won’t let me submit it, it keeps coming up with an error. Is there an email address I can use?
@SW_Help why are there no trains between Waterloo and Richmond this weekend? It says amended services but no planned engineering works. Any reason you can’t be bothered to run trains?

@British_Airways I’ve received a voucher for my complaint that I would like to use towards purchasing seats for an upcoming flight. There is not option on the payment scheme for me to add my e-voucher number. How do I use this for seats?
@sainsburys very disappointing that your interest in the environment is so low that i’m forced to take a receipt that cannot be recycled to leave the shop. I do not want a paper receipt!
@waitrose While I appreciate that may be the case I’m unsure why you did a campaign around lowering everyday essentials then double the price. It’s also more expensive than named brands!
@easyJet I’ve just been informed that my flight is no longer being operated by easyjet, and that there won’t be any food or drink onboard to purchase. Can I swap my flight for no admin fee due to these changes?
@sainsburys I don’t have the receipt as I threw it away (didn’t intend on needing it). I’ve attached a picture of the turkey packaging. I can send you a picture of my credit card statement so you can see the purchase date (22nd Dec).
@sainsburys now I’ve had a chance to calm down I can get in touch about my rancid turkey. It was meant to go off today (26th December) but it was very, very off. It smelt absolutely foul & could not be used. Besides the fact you ruined xmas how do I get a refund? Bought in store.
