In any clinical situation ask yourself 2 Qs:
1. Will I sleep soundly in my bed tonight as a result of the clinical decision I’m making?
2. Is the level of care I’m giving one I’d be happy for my own Mum to receive?
Seek help if “No” to either of the above!
