@LloydsBank shocked after watching @bbcpointswest pensioners being scammed. My mum has been treated differently by Lloyds who have ignored her pleas for support. This scam is now such a regular occurrence; banks need to provide more protection. You have a duty to your customers

@LloydsBank @LloydsBank if you are concerned can you please respond to my DMs. Lloyds aren't taking bank fraud seriously. My elderly mum has been a victim and lost thousands and you don't seem to care.

it could take up to 35 days to hear back about my complaint. In the meantime my mum is paying over half her monthly pension out on a high interest loan from Lloyds, that she took out as a result of being scammed
