It is sad to hear about the passing of Birhan, a lawyer who defended unlawfully arrested people at different times. Losing a dedicated person for HR like him has a collective impact. Rest in peace.

I strongly condemn the mass arrest of youths in the "Central Ethiopia Region". The government bodies should be responsible for what they are doing to suppress HR advocates.

The PM, I think it was in late February, when he spoke to Ministers said that it is impossible to change the gov't by initiating resistances in Towns and party conspiracies'. His reason was his expertise on them, and old fashion they are.
