Many people with #BPD are deep thinkers, intuitive feelers, intellectually gifted, highly introspective & self-aware. With a process of healing & transformations, they are the most empathic leaders & visionaries. https://t.co/T4MI2rkAd4
I’ve been in recovery for my #BPD for six years. Comparing the time I was diagnosed to now, I can honestly say I’ve come very far. My emotional resilience, self awareness, ability to self sooth and manage distress is better. I still struggle but I’m grateful for my progress.
