I always took it as a given that good strategy is mostly about good diagnosis, but I keep running into strategies that feel more like aspirational and vague collections of hopes.
@blangry I used to like “do what you love” until I realized how much unearned privilege went into having the option. Working for very mission-driven organisations has also made it easier for me to hurt my own mental health by putting everything into “the cause”. Double-edged sword.
