JD VANCE JUST CALLED OUT MICROSOFT FOR LAYING OFF AMERICANS WHILE BRINGING IN FOREIGN WORKERS TO REPLACE THEM.

Vance says Microsoft cut about 6,000 jobs while picking up around 6,300 H-1B visas and nearly 3,000 green cards.

He says no company in America has abused the system more than Microsoft has.

Imagine training your own replacement and then watching your company brag about record profits.

The H-1B program was never supposed to be a way for billion dollar corporations to dump American workers for cheaper labor.

Finally, we have a Vice President who puts the American worker ahead of Big Tech's bottom line.

🚨 BREAKING: By stroke of pen, President Trump raises the H-1B Visa fee from $1,000 to *$100,000,* and directs the Secretary of Labor to revise the wage rules to make it much harder for companies to hire foreigners in replacement of American workers.

Massive win.

I think it's healthy for our country.

When you’re at Parliament House and see how these men interact, especially after a plenary session, you sometimes wonder what politics really is. 😂

A game? Outside, they’re shouting at each other, attacking one another and making it seem like they’re sworn enemies. But once they meet, they’re laughing, joking and chatting like the best of colleagues.

Meanwhile, their supporters are busy insulting each other, fighting online and praying for the worst to happen to their opponents.

President Zelenskyy’s comment on US Secretary of State Marco Rubio’s remarks that the war in Ukraine is at a "strategic stalemate" and that there are now "no prospects for a negotiated settlement":

"You cannot negotiate future economic projects with Russians on the one hand and, on the other, claim that we are in some kind of diplomatic stalemate. We are not in a diplomatic stalemate.

Shut down Russia’s entire economy. Shut Russia's mouth. Stop feeding them through your sales. Impose sanctions on their weapons.

Open Starlink for Ukraine. You opened it when responding to Iran, after all. Everything worked there. Israel completely controlled the skies over Iran. So when you need it to work, it works.

It costs them nothing to help Ukraine. And I said quite frankly: help us protect our skies and gain dominance there.

Then Putin will sit down at the negotiating table. Why? Because he will lose everything. In two or three months, he will lose everything.

And instead, we are waiting for the Chinese to develop an equivalent and hand it over to Russians.

This is not a stalemate - this is called a lack of will."

Amend the bill or abolish it.

[Kirya Ug 🇺🇬 @kirya_ug]

Now the parliament is blaming the governor of the bank of Uganda, they are saying that when they called him after they made amendments. He said the bill good.

Sorry ,may their souls rest in peace. And UN is quite. If this was Gaza they would be condemning Isreal.

Doctors are now fighting to save the lives of people injured in the Russian strike on Kramatorsk. As of now, 30 people have been confirmed killed, and sadly, that number may rise. The Russian bomb effectively hit two city minibuses. Some of those killed have still not been identified because of the severity of their injuries. My condolences to all their families and loved ones. Another 18 people were injured in the strike. Residential buildings and cars were also damaged.

This strike will not go unanswered. Russia is trying to destroy all life in Donbas, and a response from the world is a must. A forceful response – exactly as the Russians deserve for all the deaths they have brought. May all those killed rest in peace.

Today on the Floor of Parliament, I proposed that instead of adding another UGX 1.5 trillion to Inspire Africa’s coffee project in Ntungamo @TugumeNelsonO, Government should consider a modern coffee value-addition factory in the Elgon Zone.

Mt Elgon produces some of Uganda’s finest specialty Arabica. Value addition should follow production @R_Nabbanja.

Equality, Equity and Justice should be done in the coffee business under ministry of IST @mist_science

Perfect example of Islamophobia!

When Hamas fires rockets at Jews, they cheer, flash the victory sign, and celebrate jihad. When Israel hits back, the same face collapses into tears and screams “genocide.”

The war they start, the victimhood they sell.

OMG 😳

[Boaz Niyonzima @bfnmuriisa]

@IDF @Reuters Too bad!

[Israel Defense Forces @IDF]

@Reuters , seems like you’ve conveniently forgotten how we got here, here’s a little reminder.

View of southern Israel during the October 7 Massacre:

[Israel War Room @IsraelWarRoom]

Harrowing video from Sderot shows the first moments of October 7, as heavily armed Hamas terrorists poured into the city in pickup trucks.

An Israeli father and his young daughter suddenly found themselves trapped in their path. He rushed her from the car and tried to get her to safety. As the terrorists opened fire at close range, he shields his daughter with his body.

The father was shot and died from his wounds. His daughter survived.

A father’s final act was to protect his little girl.

A hero of Israel. We will never forget.

[Boaz Niyonzima @bfnmuriisa]

@sejudav Of course not all. Generalising corruption to all NRA bush heroes is wrong. You captured kla when I was completing my S6. Remember you well when you were Com. Divisio 1 at Rubiri barracks, attended your humble wedding in kla, your works with other officers of NRA inspired us alot.

We need to be more creative with projects that promote tourism and earn more foreign currency for our country Uganda. We have massive land in our national parks that can be developed with projects that promote tourism.
