@acaseofthegolf1 The USGA publicly admonished the PGA for lax use of “winter rules” on tour in mid 1940’s. I think I found specific instances in 1970s like the 1970 Bing Crosby National and 1977 Memphis Classic

@RickRunGood Having much more experience with the OFP side than Splash may be part of the issue but I have nightmarish experiences with Splash’s location services. Hoping that all improves going forward but it’s hard to look past in such a crowded market
