@DefiantLs Shoulda asked that kid to look at it from the angle if it was his money. Income is 10k a month. You okay with paying for 4 apts that total 5k a month and 3 are empty? You save 3750 by closing the leases and can use that to buy extra food/shelter for the poor and/or our vets
