The sound on the Flyers/Penguins game on TNT is outstanding. You can actually hear the announcers. All you hear on ESPN’s coverage is crowd. #NHL#playoffs
SMU was 11-1 and lost the ACC title game by 3 points. They dropped 2 spots in the rankings and fell behind an Indiana team that was idle.
Why shouldn't Alabama suffer the same fate?
So, BYU was penalized for getting blown out in its conference championship game (dropped one spot). Which allowed Miami to move up and get compared directly to Notre Dame.
But Alabama was not penalized for getting blown out in its conference championship game.
Getting blown out in the Conference Championship matters for a Big 12 team like BYU, but doesn’t matter for an SEC like Alabama who had more losses and a bad loss to a 5-7 team? Unbelievable SEC bias.
