A female Chief Manager in Punjab National Bank - Mansi Negi, has filed case against Bank Management in Himachal Pradesh High Court. She said loans were sanctioned on inflated valuations. When she raised the issue, she was threatened, transferred and harassed. Court has asked PNB to submit reply.

wo log un officers ka Saturday-Sunday barbaad kar rahe hain jo mon to fri pura din customers k bich rahe, ek hath whatsapp par reporting me busy aur ek hath se passbook update, loan, recovery, locker, atm aur na jane kya kya... karte rahe.
Dekh lena... ek bhi officer... jo kisi union ka executive member or representative hai... kal ghar par maje karega.
aur baki branch me saturday sunday kaam karenge.

@RajasthanGB पाली के RM राजेंद्र कुमार ने नवरात्रि के नाम पर महिषासुर की तरह एक शोषणकारी आदेश जारी कर दिया कि 27, 28 और 30 सितंबर को, यानी वीकेंड और छुट्टियों में परिवार के साथ त्योहार मत मनाओ, बैंक में आओ और यहाँ बंधुआ मजदूरी करो।
आधिकारिक भाषा में “ग्राहक अनुभव बढ़ाने” और “व्यवसाय के अवसरों को अधिकतम करने” की बात कही गई है, लेकिन वास्तविकता स्पष्ट है: कर्मचारियों पर उनके व्यक्तिगत समय या आराम की परवाह किए बिना उन पर छुट्टियों में उन्हें बंधुआ मजदूर बनने का दबाव डाला जा रहा है।
इन जैसे चापलूस RMs स्टाफ को छुट्टियों में बुलाकर उनके पारिवारिक समय की बलि चढ़ाकर बस चेयरमैन को खुश करना चाहते है। आख़िर कितना गिरेंगे ये लोग?
🛑 नवरात्रि और माँ दुर्गा के नाम पर कुछ RM महिषासुर की तरह व्यवहार कर रहे हैं। त्योहार परिवार के साथ मनाने के लिए होते हैं, लेकिन कर्मचारियों को वीकेंड और छुट्टियों में काम करने के लिए मजबूर किया जा रहा है। नवरात्रि का नाम लेकर स्टाफ को उत्पीड़ित करना और टारगेट पर दबाव डालना पूरी तरह अस्वीकार्य है।
यह साफ़ साफ़ दर्शा रहा है कि चेयरमैन मुकेश भरतिया टारगेट के पीछे इस हद तक पागल हो चुके है कि किसी भी तरह से स्टाफ का उत्पीडन करने में जरा भी शर्म नहीं आ रही। ग्राहकों के लिए उपलब्ध होना अलग बात है, लेकिन त्योहारी दिनों में दबाव में काम करने के लिए मजबूर करना शोषण है।

At 39, I feel suffocated in my government bank job. I don't think I can do it anymore
After 15 years of working in a government bank, I don’t think I can take it anymore.
This job — one that I got after clearing three rounds of all-India level exams — is considered safe and prestigious, especially in North India.
A PSU bank job comes with stability, a decent house, a car, a steady salary, and a certain respect in society.
But what it doesn't give me anymore… is peace.
This job has also given me high BP, thyroid issues, and a fatty liver. It expects me to relocate to remote parts of the country at short notice, meet endless sales targets, and be available almost every day from 10 AM to 10 PM.
I know many jobs are demanding. But this one also asks me to sell useless insurance products to the public, work on Sundays to meet targets, obey the unreasonable whims of bosses, and never raise my voice — not even on social platforms. It's like signing away your dignity.
I no longer feel like I can do justice to myself. I’m scared that one day — like many of my fellow bankers — I might also reach a breaking point. I don’t want that.
So, I’ve made a decision. I am still in service, but I can’t get myself to travel to work anymore. I’ve stopped reporting.
Yes, this means my salary will stop.
My financial struggles may begin. But I hope — with all my heart — that I’ll get my life back.
