Reconsider applying to jobs when you’re feeling insecure, frustrated, stressed, desperate.
Just like when you eat a meal while stressed, you do not digest the food well & the body doesn’t fully receive the nutrients.
You are not receiving the benefits & outcome desired.
Instead of ‘needing’ the job, who would you be if you had that job? How would you feel and how would you act? Go be that person.

Being in fear, takes you out of presence. Fear is made up of replaying the past or thinking about the future. And most times, it’s unconsciously happening. Be with it in full compassion! Full acceptance. You’ll start to notice the habitual patterns your system adopted.
There are 2 types of people during the job search process -
1) Those that are secure, confident & knowing they will land a great job.
2) Those that are needy, insecure & doubting the process & their abilities.
You can’t control the timing, but trust & faith goes a long way.
What place are you coming from when you sit down and apply for jobs?
The ‘come from’ is a result of your thoughts and beliefs about yourself and the situation. Check in and notice your thoughts that lead to behaviors.

The job search is the complete unknown.
WHEN am I going to get a job?
WHERE am I going to work?
Notice how you’re trying so hard to control the unknown.
It doesn’t work well this way and it’s only hurting you physically (tense in the body) and mentally (tense in the mind).
Make your notes, do your prep work for the interview and then, let it go. Trust and believe in you! You will show up & know exactly what to say because your experience & your ‘why’ is innate to you! You know it best. It’s not something you need to remember. Heart vs mind.
Stand in your power and the knowing that what you are doing is enough.
Applying to jobs. Networking. Emails to interesting companies.
Wondering if it’s enough or if you’re doing it right, is the feeling of not being in your power.
What is ONE thing you are grateful for right now?
That you got an interview.
That you made it to 2nd round.
That you shared your resume with 5 former colleagues.
Be grateful for each and every part of the process.
See the good and more will be drawn to you.
