@quantumfiber No. My home has Quantum Fiber equipment built in to it and I have spoken to 10+ agents. Zero progress. This is no longer worth any effort. I made one call (~15 minutes) to Google Fiber and already have service setup.

Avoid @quantumfiber like the plague.

@quantumfiber is the worst service provider I’ve ever dealt with. Spent ~8 hours on the phone with their agents over the last week trying to set up services and have made zero progress.

Avoid them. You’re better off with worse internet at a higher price. They’re that bad.
