@Ashok_Kashmir बहुत सीधा जवाब और सबूत हैं। फ्लिपकार्ट से कुछ भी ऑर्डर करके देखिए, पेमेंट क्रेडिट कार्ड से कर दीजिए। देखिए कि फ्लिपकार्ट आपसे क्रेडिट कार्ड से पेमेंट करने की वजह से अतरिक्त शुल्क लेगा। मर्चेंट वाली बात क्रेडिट कार्ड के लिए भी लागू होती रही हैं सालों से मगर फिर भी यही सूरत हैं।

@Benarasiyaa It's not what it seems like. The subsidy comes in the loan account and is considered repayment. Subsidy doesn't come in advance but the full cost is required to begin or complete the project. This is normal

I visited Kamani Bank to reactivate my account (811). The staff asked me to deposit ₹10,000 to issue a cheque book and card. I refused bcz its 0 balance account. After which they suggested closing the account and gave me a form. Thanks @KotakBankLtd @anandmahindra

Complaint was lodged directly through the #MCD311 app using the in-app camera and GPS. The complainant did not even have the option to upload a photo from the gallery.

Then why is your worker threatening the complainant? Citizens have the right to report issues until they are resolved.

Public servants are meant to solve problems, not intimidate citizens. Kindly ensure accountability and take action against such behaviour.
