@TylerToddUNO I have been experiencing this to an extent in my job as well. My work just got bought out by new owners so everything is changing and pricing went up a lot. Guests are very frustrated and it seems that no matter how much I ask for help from managers, no one helps. #MAVORG

@miyatamika44 @JMcCannUNO I think a lot of businesses, if not all of them have certain actions that are taken in certain emergencies. If that is something that your business does not have, that is not a good thing at all. Emergencies happen, sadly, but do happen. #MAVORG

@unojapan I didn’t even think about airplanes and the whole gas situation. It seemed like plane tickets just shot up in price out of nowhere and I didn’t even think about gas prices! It’s hard when you used to be able to get a plane ticket for $100 and now that same ticket is $500 #MAVORG

@miyatamika44 I totally agree with you. I think that’s where so many businesses go wrong. A lot of places don’t listen to everyone in the business and it is usually just the higher up people making most of the decisions which in the end ruins a lot for the business. #MAVORG

@nataliewee11 One of the best things you can do as a business is make employee wages higher if you can. If you have the money for it, do it because it will help keep employees there. In todays world, a lot of businesses struggle to keep a low turnover rate, and higher wages would help. #MAVORG

Which I don’t like at all, and I think that it makes for a bad work environment, from my experience. It’s tough working with people who don’t have the experience or work ethic as you. #MAVORG

@joshfryar14 Everything in the world has changed since Covid. Nothing is the same as it once was because Covid took a toll on everything, especially businesses. There are changes that people may not agree with, but are necessary for these businesses to continue. #MAVORG

@literalgrbge Everything is coming down to what is happening in the world right now. All businesses are struggling right now as are the employees. Pricing of everything is rising so some people may think that even though a lot of peoples wages have increased, it’s still not enough. #MAVORG
