There were a lot of big loud ifs for a place that fraudulently charged my card for services I never used. At this point, there's a long list of unsavory things I'll do before I give these people my money again. @CourtyardHotels
I didn't even have a car so I definitely didn't park one, and I definitely didn't use the enhanced WiFi because that's what my phone's internet is there for. What got me was that the person on the phone kept saying IF they find it's in inaccurate, IF they see it's wrong.
Now that I'm not livid, I can't say the same for other Marriott properties because a girl needs her feather free/hypoallergenic room. The other Marriott property I've stayed at in SF was great and gave me 0 drama.
P.S. I'm still miffed about my retainer.
Update: I spoke with a manager from the hotel because he wanted "to know more about my experience". It was your typical "oof we messed up, give us another chance and we'll make it up to you" call.
@Marriott@MBonvoyAssist
Let's talk about my recent stay at SF Marriott Union Square. My unfortunate experience began with the male presenting person at the front desk asking if it was correct that I was staying for a full week at least twice (it was and it was a business trip).
I shouldn't have to make posts on social media to ensure that a pleasant stay awaits me. I'm not going to lie and say I haven't considered the offer, but realistically I'm not returning to that hotel if I can avoid it.
One massive migraine and a missing retainer later, I can honestly say that I have never received such poor service during a stay. In case it isn't obvious I will avoid @Marriott like the plague going forward, because who wants to pay to be mistreated and ignored.

A few days later housekeeping threw away my retainer. I called the front desk and was transferred to Housekeeping. Where I was scolded for "not calling when it happened". Sorry I was busy with work and didn't expect someone to toss my very obvious retainer. No one cared though.
@KaijaNonyabiz @ImpatienTourist Again no one said only eat McDonald's. The point was that it's ridiculous to judge people for wanting familiar food every once in a while while traveling.
Local businesses aren't going to fail because the occasional tourist decides they really want a big mac for lunch one day.
@TheAmazingO3Z@ImpatienTourist I completely understand. I'm still careful because I have some very random food allergies and I'm not trying to die because of anaphylaxis while abroad.
