Looking at rainfall uncertainties, bmc should plan for desalination plants on war footing. Only one is being planned as of now I guess. @mybmc @AshwiniBhide should plan for atleast 10 looking at the growing capacity for next 2-3 years. Else whole Mumbai has to be deserted and there is no other option in that case.
