@airindia taking this chance to say that this was excellent service at Chennai Airport by Francis Pratap ( AirIndia - Manager at Chennai airport ). Flight AI 538 ( Chennai - NewDelhi on Sept 24 2024) was super delayed and Francis Pratap and team did everything to make sure I was accommodated in the next available @airvistara flight basis availability. This is exemplary service by Francis Pratap at @airindia in Chennai airport.
