High performers are wired to push through problems.
That mindset drives success in business.
But in healthcare, it often leads to delayed diagnosis and bigger risks later.

⚠️NATURAL IMMUNITY versus VACCINES—Which is stronger? Let’s compare reinfection breakthroughs vs vaccine breakthroughs: ➡️Natural immunity is **MUCH weaker than vaccine** protection. By how much? HUGE—Vaccine is 📌9x stronger in May, 📌2x stronger during #DeltaVariant.🧵 #COVID19
It is absolutely possible to safely have in-person schools
But you can't just wing it
You need to
1. Vaccinate adults
2. Ventilate classrooms
3. Test folks weekly
4. Wear masks indoors
If adults acted responsibly
Kids could be safe in classrooms
Lets not fail our kids again
An unvaccinated teacher infected 12 students
Who then infected 14 other kids, adults
Think being unvaccinated is about personal freedom?
Nonsense
Kids, adults in schools also have rights
Like not being unnecessarily infected
We need #VaccineMandates

I’m getting lots of messages from people freakin’ out about Delta, so let me reiterate:
If you are fully vaccinated against Covid, you are still much much much much much much much much much much much much safer than anyone who is unvaccinated.
Vaccinated people are far far far less likely to spread the virus than unvaccinated people
Like way less likely
A lot less
Pretty clear from the data we have so far
That's my Friday thought
"Here's what people need to know... These vaccines will keep you away from me in the hospital setting. They'll keep you out of the ICU... [The vaccines] prevent severe illness from this deadly virus... They mitigate the loss of life" - @VinGuptaMD w/ @NicolleDWallace
"It’s important we all remember that vaccines will complement but not replace the proven public health measures that have been shown to suppress transmission & save lives. We still have a lot of work to do, but the 💡 at the end of the tunnel continues to grow brighter"-@DrTedros
#NewOnKHN: Getting the #CovidVaccine does not mean that you should stop wearing a mask. Here are five reasons Americans should hold on to their masks.
