@KiritSomaiya Sir in Nallasopara East the BLO are not coming to houses to give the form they just order the person to collect the same from their office.Why this is been tolerated and why are BLO not visiting the houses to give the SIR forms.

Is this done officially or this is the dadagiri of the auto people who are always plying in this area.Please look into this ASAP.
